Biography

Hasan joined Morgan Stanley in 2013. He is a lead portfolio manager for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s Energy Transition and Innovation Opportunities platform, including the MSINVF Calvert Sustainable Climate Transition Fund launched in 2022. In addition, he is also a securities analyst responsible for providing research and analytical support for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s Global Infrastructure Securities strategy. Previously, he worked for the Turkish Ministry of Finance. Hasan received a B.S. from Hacettepe University in Business Administration, and an M.A. from Bogazici University, where he wrote his master thesis on “Integrating Turkey’s Renewable Energy with Global Carbon Markets” in 2010. He also received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
