I deeply believe that a diverse, inclusive workplace culture enhances creativity, allows us to quickly resolve issues and leads to better decision-making for the benefit of our clients, colleagues and our broader community.  

One of the ways we focus on creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace is through Mosaic, a local employee network group that actively raises awareness, celebrates and increases cultural diversity.
