Morgan Stanley Investment Management announced today the expansion of its Australian client coverage team with the appointment of Daniel Vanden Boom. With seven years experience in the asset management industry, Daniel joins from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where he was part of the institutional sales team.
Morgan Stanley Investment Management has recorded a 30 per cent increase in assets under management from Australian clients this year. The Firm has won mandates from five new institutional clients in the last six months, while the Macquarie Morgan Stanley Global Franchise Fund has recorded inflows in excess of $100 million following its launch late last year.
