Juan Dibildox Joins Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management

Appointment Enhances Coverage of Mexican Market

Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) announced today that Juan Dibildox has joined its Private Wealth Management office in Miami as an Investment Representative. Reporting to Jon Mallon, Executive Director and Manager of the Private Wealth office in Miami, he will cater to high net worth clients in Mexico.

Mr. Dibildox, 36, joins Morgan Stanley from Lehman Brothers, where he served as a Financial Advisor in the firm's Miami office covering Mexico. Prior to that, from October 2001 to February 2006, he was an Associate at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Dibildox began his career as a Financial Analyst in 1995 in Goldman Sach's Houston office.

Mr. Dibildox earned his CPA designation from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico and holds an M.B.A from The University of Texas, Austin.
