During your internship you will have the opportunity to join one of our many teams requiring diverse skillsets from Business Analysis, Project Coordination and Communication to in-depth Data Analysis and Machine Learning. You will be able to work in a flexible work arrangement, 25-30 hours per week. We offer: A supportive and vibrant multinational environment in an inspiring international team that brings ideas, innovation, and passion to life through business and data analysis Work directly with senior management from various business units Continuous development opportunities and training tools The ability to grow and shape your own career and work on real business problems Opportunity to participate in the firms networking events You will: Partner extensively with other teams and business partners within and outside the department (such as marketing, product owners, data science and data visualization teams) to deliver business solutions and support decision making Perform tasks related to data querying, reporting and machine learning to provide analytics and insight for various business initiatives and projects Utilize proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking to address challenges Prepare and deliver presentations to highlight important metrics and showcase achievements Create, implement, and manage survey initiatives with primary focus on programming surveys, data collection and synthetization Dive into massive datasets to uncover trends, patterns and insights to support development of machine learning models that drive real business results You have: Ongoing University study in Economics, Statistics, Maths, Physics, Business Informatics, or similar fields Interest in the financial sector Advanced English, both written and spoken Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint Analytical, critical thinking, good organizational and problem-solving skills and special attention to details You might also have: An understanding of agile project management concepts and tools Understanding of Machine Learning core algorithms in classification, regression, segmentation. Experience utilizing digital tools, survey platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia, Confirmit, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.) Experience with SQL, SPSS, R, DataIku Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau Application process: If you are interested in the above opportunity, please apply here by submitting your English CV.
