The Executive Women's Conference is an annual conference hosted by our Investment Banking Division (IBD). This event brings our senior women in IBD together with senior female executive clients for a content-rich program that includes high-level corporate speakers, simulations and panel presentations.
JET CAREER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Jet Career Management Program is a tailored program for our employees of black heritage. The program lasts for 6-months and brings together employees for cross-divisional sessions focused on providing career tips and tools to support career advancement. The Jet Programme is a career management programme for employees of Black Heritage based in the London Office. This programme is designed to provide participants with tools to develop their career. The Leader Engagement and Development (LEAD) Program, created in partnership with the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP), is a cross-functional leadership program for Black and Hispanic Executive Directors and Vice Presidents. The program includes career development skills, influential networking, exposure and deeper engagement with senior leaders.

The firm holds Leadership development programs for women MDs. These programs provide additional opportunities for women Managing Directors to deepen relationships across the Firm, share ideas and experiences as well as identify ways to take their businesses to the next level.
MULTICULTURAL BUSINESS EXCHANGE
The Multicultural Business Exchange (MBE) is a forum within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management of ethnically diverse Financial Advisors and Branch Managers who gather to share ideas, personal experiences and new approaches to building a successful career at Morgan Stanley.
PLATINUM PROGRAM
The Platinum Program is a personalized and individualized program for a select number of female Executive Directors. The program enables the creation of a customized, specific action plan to help guide and ensure career progression to the next level and includes one-on-one coaching sessions with an expert in the female leadership field. The program engages managers in a partnership to work with program participants to provide the opportunities for visibility and networking with senior stakeholders.
PROJECT CAREER
Project Career is a career development programme for an invited audience of female Associates/Directors/Senior Managers. The sessions specifically cover best practice tips and tools for managers, communication skills and building a successful career. The programme offers participants the opportunity to network with the peers and senior roles models at the Firm.
PROJECT IMPACT
Project Impact is a leadership program aimed at high performing female Vice Presidents. It provides participants with key practical examples of how to increase leadership presence, impact and visibility, and encourages cross-divisional networking. Structured topics include:

- Managing Time and Delegation
- Finding Time to Fulfil Work and Personal Obligations

The Morgan Stanley VP Women Development Series is a 6-month leadership development program for women vice presidents. This program has three key objectives for participants (each nominated by their divisions): enhancing leadership skills, providing exposure to senior leaders and building peer relationships.

The Women's Business Exchange (WBE) is a conference within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management created to enhance development, retention, and selection of a diverse workplace while focusing on ways to better serve clients and increase market share.

The Women's ED Leadership Program is offered to our high performing female ED's.
