Kelly Rechen is a Vice President of Operations for Calvert Research and Management. She oversees Calvert’s Operations team and is responsible for a wide variety of initiatives, executive duties, and special projects, involving the CEO and the firm’s priorities. She works closely with the Calvert’s executive team and key stakeholders to streamline high-priority projects that have a significant impact on the company. She joined Calvert in 2017. Prior to joining Calvert, Kelly has managed budgets and operations in both the private and public sectors. Kelly earned a B.A. in interpersonal and organizational communication studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
