Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Commission “Staff Statement Regarding Temporary International Mail Service Suspensions to Certain Jurisdictions Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic”, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC (together, “Morgan Stanley”) have identified and communicated with the very limited number of clients with current Impacted International Mailings. Such mail does or could in the future include confirmations, statements, prospectuses, and other one time or periodic client notifications. Morgan Stanley has confirmed that any mail held for customers in a country which was previously an Affected Jurisdiction but has resumed mail service has now been delivered onward to those customers. Morgan Stanley continues to monitor the status of mail delivery to Affected Jurisdictions, so that it may promptly send any Impacted International Mailing upon resumption of service.
