What is Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures?

Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures (MSISV) provides innovators with access to capital and resources to help them develop and scale. Our mission is to catalyze innovation and impact by supporting early-stage startups and nonprofits that are building solutions for a more inclusive and sustainable future. MSISV has distributed $38M+ in capital to 140+ startups and organizations since inception.

Who is Eligible?

Ideal startups are technology-enabled and are creating measurable impact across the environment, health & wellbeing, economic empowerment, and education & human capital. They have launched a product in market with demonstrable revenues and fall within the seed to Series A funding stage.

Ideal nonprofit organizations will include nonprofits creating measurable impact across the environment, health & wellbeing, economic empowerment, and education & human capital. They have a clear and demonstrable business plan with sustainable revenues, funding structures in place and have 501(c)(3) status or a recognized international equivalent.
