Sharon Yeshaya is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley. She became CFO in June 2021 and serves as a member of the firm’s Operating and Management Committees.
Prior to becoming CFO, Ms. Yeshaya was the firm’s Head of Investor Relations and served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chairman and CEO. She began her career at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department and has held a variety of roles in the Fixed Income Division in both New York and Hong Kong.
Ms. Yeshaya graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees in Finance and Economics from the Wharton School and the College of Arts & Sciences, respectively.
Ms. Yeshaya currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, the Morgan Stanley Foundation and the Undergraduate Board of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also devotes time to various other community-based organizations.
