Eric F. Grossman is Executive Vice President and Morgan Stanley’s Chief Legal Officer, with responsibility for Legal, Non-Financial Risk, Regulatory Relations and Government Relations. He is also the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer, with responsibility for Community Affairs, Corporate Affairs, the Global Sustainability Office and the Inclusive Ventures Group. He is a member of the firm’s Operating and Management Committees.
Prior to his current roles, Mr. Grossman served as Global Head of Legal, General Counsel of Global Wealth Management and Global Head of Litigation. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Grossman was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
Mr. Grossman has a BA from Hamilton College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law. He is an Alumni Trustee at Hamilton College, Chair of the Dean’s Planning Council at Fordham Law School and a board member of the Fordham Law Alumni Association.
Mr. Grossman is also the President Emeritus of the Board of Directors of Advocates for Children of New York and Chair of the Forward Leadership Circle.
