Whether you’ve stepped away for personal reasons, professional development, or simply to recharge, our 16-week Return to Work program offers you the unique opportunity to reintegrate into the work force. Program participants are placed in business units that complement their skills and experiences. Additionally, they will receive training, mentorship and professional development.

Application Timeline: Applications open on September 15, 2026, and close in October for most cities. The specific program dates may vary by city. See below for the specific application deadline for each location.
Program Duration: Return to Work programs will run for approximately 16 weeks from January 18, 2027 to May 10, 2027 for most locations. The specific program dates and duration may vary by city.
Eligibility Criteria: This program is designed for individuals who have been out of the workforce for two or more years. The two-year eligibility will be calculated as of the January 2027 program start date.
