Yana is co-head of the Specialty Solutions Group and a member of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operating Committee, Morgan Stanley Investment Management Diversity Council and Morgan Stanley Boston Leadership Council. She is also a portfolio manager on a number of tax-managed equity and private offerings.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2021, she was a portfolio manager at Eaton Vance for 16 years. Previously she served as an analyst at Eaton Vance and has over 25 years of financial services experience.

Yana is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Boston. She earned a BS in business administration from the University of Florida.
