Victoria is Chief Operating Officer for the Portfolio Solutions Group at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, based in New York. She has 17 years of industry experience. As COO, Victoria manages PSG’s Investment Support and Client Engagement teams. She oversees all strategic business initiatives, new product development, structuring requirements, and the management of the day-to-day operations of the global investment team. 

Prior to joining Investment Management in 2010, Victoria was an associate in Morgan Stanley Smith Barney's International Wealth Management Group, where her responsibilities included trade execution, portfolio analysis, external manager selection and research coverage. Victoria received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Brandeis University and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Victoria also serves as a Director on the Ceres Managed Futures LLC Board.
