Jarrod is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of the AIP Hedge Fund Solutions team and a member of several committees including manager selection and portfolio construction across hedge fund primaries, secondaries, co-investments and alternative lending. Jarrod serves as the lead portfolio manager on AIP’s Strategic Opportunities Fund series and several custom accounts. He joined Morgan Stanley Investment Management in 2004 and has 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Jarrod was an investment banking analyst in the financial institutions group of A.G. Edwards & Sons. Jarrod received a B.S. summa cum laude in finance from Babson College where he was also valedictorian. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
