Biography

Chris Brown is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley and is a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where he focuses on originating and underwriting investment opportunities. Mr. Brown joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 and has over nine years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Brown was a member of the investment team at Colbeck Capital, where he was responsible for deal execution, due diligence, documentation, and portfolio management. Prior to this position, Mr. Brown was an associate at Barclays in their Strategic Transactions Group, a team focused on structured financing, investing, and trading transactions across asset classes. Mr. Brown graduated with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a B.S. in Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
