Nat Cutler is a Vice President within Morgan Stanley’s Tactical Value Team (MSTV). Mr. Cutler joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to his current role, he was a Vice President at Citi in the Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory department where he led the origination and execution of hybrid capital raises for subordinated debt and preferred equity. In addition to leading the hybrid capital effort across sectors and geographies at Citi, Mr. Cutler served as primary capital markets coverage for North American banks and utility companies, where he focused on optimizing capital structure and funding plans. He holds an B.A. in Political Philosophy, Policy, and Law from the University of Virginia.
