J.C. Qian is a Vice President of Morgan Stanley and is based in New York. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Next Level Fund in 2021, Mr. Qian was an Associate of Shenzhen Capital Group, where he focused on growth stage venture capital investments in different technology sectors across regions. Mr. Qian holds a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College and M.P.S. in management/accounting from Johnson School of business at Cornell University.
