Charlie Guyton is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and is member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team where he focuses on originating and underwriting investment opportunities. Mr. Guyton joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 and has over ten years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Guyton was Vice President at BlackRock’s US Private Capital team, responsible for originating and underwriting private credit investments. Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Guyton worked at WhiteHorse Capital (credit arm of H.I.G. Capital), where he underwrote credit investments for private and syndicated transactions. Mr. Guyton began his career in Leverage Finance at HSBC. Mr. Guyton holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance and Management Consulting from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
