Brandon Matsui is an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Prior to joining, Mr. Matsui served as the Head of Fixed Income for DWS’ Systematic Investment Solutions group where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s Xtracker suite of Fixed-Income ETFs. Before joining DWS in 2016, he co-managed Schwab’s Fixed Income ETFs. Prior to that, Mr. Matsui was an associate Portfolio Manager at BNY Mellon and an analyst in the portfolio analytics group at BlackRock. Mr. Matsui is a CFA Charterholder and has earned the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
