Biography

Tom is co-president and chief investment officer of Parametric, a member of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operating Committee and the Parametric Executive Committee. He coordinates resources, aligns priorities, establishes processes for achieving clients’ investment objectives and acts as a voting member on all Parametric investment committees.

Prior to joining Parametric, Tom spent two years working for the board of governors of the Federal Reserve in Washington, DC. He has over 30 years of financial services experience

Tom has authored many articles on topics ranging from liability-driven investing to the volatility risk premium. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota. He has a BS in economics and an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota.
