Fay Chen is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where she focuses on originating and underwriting investment opportunities. Ms. Chen joined Morgan Stanley in 2008 and has over 18 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining the Private Credit team, Ms. Chen worked in the Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Division. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Chen worked at J.P. Morgan in the Investment Bank Credit Portfolio and Technology, Media & Telecom Investment Banking groups. Ms. Chen earned a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Yale University.
