Biography

Eric is co-chief operating officer, a member of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operating Committee and senior sponsor of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Diversity Council. Prior to that, Eric was the chief administrative officer of Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He previously held numerous senior positions within Morgan Stanley’s Human Resources division, including the head of HR for Investment Management and the Firm’s Corporate Infrastructure functions, head of HR for Technology, head of HR for Wealth Management and the COO of Human Resources.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Eric worked at Bear Stearns and Kwasha Lipton. He has over 30 years of financial services experience.

Eric has a BA in human resources from the University of Michigan.
