Sam Sherr is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley and is a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where he focuses on originating and underwriting investment opportunities. Mr. Sherr joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 and has 10 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Sherr was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at BMO Capital Markets where he was responsible for originating and structuring leveraged loans and high yield bonds for sponsor-backed and non-sponsored companies. Mr. Sherr began his career working in Audit and Advisory positions at Deloitte and Duff & Phelps. Mr. Sherr earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.
