Ruairi is co–chief operating officer and a member of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operating Committee, the EMEA Operating Committee and the Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Morgan Stanley Fund Management Investment (Ireland) Ltd boards.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2011, Ruairi was the global head of risk management for Pioneer Investments. He has over 25 years of financial services experience.

Ruairi has a BA in banking and finance from the University of Ulster and an MComm from the Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.
