Dennis is the head of Counterpoint Global and a member of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operating Committee. He leads an investment team that researches and invests across both private and public equities and provides investment services to clients globally.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2002, Dennis was a sell-side analyst at JPMorgan Securities. He has over 30 years of financial services experience.

Dennis has a BA in political science from Hamilton College and an MBA in finance from Columbia University.
