Kelly is president of Atlanta Capital Management, chairman of the Atlanta Capital Management Committee and a member of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operating Committee. He also serves as co-head of the Eaton Vance Equity and Diversified Equity groups.

Prior to joining Atlanta Capital in 1996, Kelly was a senior accountant with Arthur Anderson LLP. He has over 30 years of financial services experience.

Kelly sits on the board of governors and chairs the finance committee of the Investment Adviser Association. He has a BS in accounting from Auburn University and an MBA from Emory University.
