Jeff is Co-Head of Fixed Income and a member of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operating Committee. He is also a portfolio manager on the firm’s High Yield and Multi-Asset Credit portfolios.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2021, he was a managing director at Eaton Vance for six years. Jeff previously held roles at Threadneedle Investments, Centaurus Capital and Amaranth Advisors. He has over 20 years of financial services experience.

Jeff has a BBA in finance, investment and banking from the University of Wisconsin.
