Andrew is the chairman of Fixed Income and a member of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Operating Committee. As the Head of Floating Rate Loans in the US and Europe, Andrew is lead portfolio manager on all loan products and responsible for investment decisions, portfolio construction, trading and risk management.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2021, Andrew was at Eaton Vance for 22 years, most recently as loan trading and capital markets director. He has over 25 years of financial services experience.

Andrew is a CFA charterholder and has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
