David Cook is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and is based in New York. Mr. Cook joined the Firm in 2004 and currently is head of investor relations and the operations officer for Morgan Stanley Energy Partners (MSEP) and Morgan Stanley Next Level (MSNL). In 2007, he joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) to support the business in portfolio reporting, capital raising, operational and other administrative activities. Prior to this, Mr. Cook was an Associate in the Strategic Planning and Administrative Group in the Firm's Investment Management Division assisting senior management in developing and executing on global strategic initiatives. He holds a B.A. in economics from Rutgers University.
