Andrea De Simone is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Senior Portfolio Manager of North Haven Secured Private Credit (“NHSPC”). Mr. De Simone joined the firm in 2003 and has over 20 years of relevant experience across the Investment Management, Fixed Income and Investment Banking divisions of Morgan Stanley. Prior to his current role, Mr. De Simone acted as co-head of investment finance activity in Europe for the MSIM Real Assets group, comprising the Real Estate and Infrastructure investing businesses, and worked on financing transactions spanning from commercial real estate to project finance. Prior to that, Mr. De Simone was in the Fixed Income Securitised Product Group, where he focused on underwriting and distribution of commercial real estate loans as well as securitisation mandates. Mr. De Simone started his career in the Real Estate Investing business of Morgan Stanley. Mr. De Simone holds a degree in Economics, cum laude, from the Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
