Biography
David Biltekoff is an Institutional Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he is responsible for investor coverage and business development across MSIM’s public and private investment platform. He joined the firm in 2014 and has 20 years of industry experience. Prior to his current position, David was the head of Senior Relationship Management at MSIM. Prior to joining Investment Management, David was the head of multi-asset sales in Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities division where he was responsible for managing the firm’s trading relationships with US public & corporate pensions, endowments, foundations and outsourced CIOs. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, David worked at Goldman Sachs in their pension, endowment & foundation solutions group, and began his career at JPMorgan Chase. David received a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
