Douglas Rentz re-joined Morgan Stanley in 2011, and is a senior research analyst on the Global Multi-Asset Team, where he leads the team’s quantitative effort, covers macro trends, equity styles and themes, and credit. In addition Doug manages the teams research and quantitative platform. Doug has 28 years of investment experience. Prior to joining the team, Douglas managed the research and quantitative platforms at Traxis Partners, focusing predominantly on macro modeling and trends, quantitative modeling and credit. Before joining Traxis, Douglas was Vice President and analyst on the Global Asset Allocation Team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He first joined Morgan Stanley in 1995 as an analyst and development manager in Morgan Stanley’s Information Technology department. Douglas has a B.A. in Business Economics and a B.S. in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering from Brown University.
